For this project we focused on creating spaces that relate to each other and have a natural, aesthetic flow. We opened up awkward spaces, while modernizing finishes to make a cohesive home that conveys relaxed elegance and functionality.
This large Vancouver waterfront condo had great bones but needed major updating. The generous dining room was disconnected with almost no natural light. Our solution was to remove a redundant washroom and allow natural light to reach the dining space. The washroom’s removal also made way for a butler’s pantry while opening more ocean views and access to other rooms. We added built-in cabinetry, a bright new kitchen, artful ceiling treatments and a modern fireplace all while overcoming challenging strata bylaws.
The result was a fresh, new modern look befitting this beautifully situated condominium.
